1. Booking policy

The purchase of any of the tour travel services constitutes a contractual agreement and implies your acceptance of the term and condition listed below.

Following when the term ‘our/ our company’ is used, this references to ‘My Way To Egypt’. When the term ‘you’ is used, this references to the paying customer. Please make sure that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions before making your reservation.

 

2. Payment policy + package rate

Payments may be made directly into our account or via Western Union. The currency exchange rate will be the rate in effect on the day of the transaction. The customer is solely responsible in any differential caused by exchange rates or bank surcharges. Copies of all transactions and receipts pertaining to a booking will be provided to you, upon completion of a wired transaction or receipt of all monies.

 

Prices are quoted in US Dollars or Euro’s unless otherwise indicated. Tour prices that have been quoted are valid to date, as stated in our quotation and include transfers, baggage handling, accommodations, hotel taxes, meals, sightseeing, entrance fees, and gratuities as noted and escort services as indicated in each itinerary.

 

The costs of obtaining passport or visas, excess baggage fees, personal expenses (travel insurance, medical insurance, laundry, room services, alcohol or other beverages) are NOT included within the price of the booked tour.

The costs of meals (NOT already mentioned in the itinerary), gratuities to Egyptologist/Guide, communication charges, sightseeing, costs to person,  local airport charges and taxes or any airfares unless specifically noted in the itinerary are NOT included.

 

All information and pictures contained in our site have been checked for accuracy, but shall not be construed as part of this contract. If an error occurs, the final decision shall be ours.

 

Our company reserves the right to increase or decrease published prices without prior notice. Several factors may influence the fares, including but not limited to an increase of government-imposed taxes, transportation related fees or surcharges including those for fuel or currency.

 

Please Note: package rates we advertise represent the maximum price you should pay for a similar package. In many cases hotels, Nile cruises and tour operators make discounts to promote some nationalities, market changes, seasonal periods or certain packages. So in some cases you will pay less than the price you see advertised for a package.

                                                                                                              

3. Cancellation policy and fees (‘My Way To Egypt’ and the Customer)

 

  • A cancellation for a full refund needs to be made within 46 days prior to the start date of the commencing tour. There are no penalties involved.

  • A 25% fee will be applied if a cancellation is received between 31 to 45 days prior to the commencing tour.

  • A 50% fee will be applied if a cancellation is received between 31 to 45 days prior to the commencing tour.

  • A 75% fee will be applied if a cancellation is received between 31 to 45 days prior to the commencing tour.

 

No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the commencing tour.

All cancellations must be forwarded to our Cairo office, via email or in writing.

 

4. Changes policy and fees (‘My Way To Egypt and The Customer)

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we may need to change your travel package. We will advise you at the earliest. However, ‘My Way To Egypt’ cannot be held accountable and responsible for changes initiated by airlines, transport companies, hotels, transfer operators, or any other independent parties who have been contracted for services, that you may have purchased.

 

If confirmed goods or services are no longer available prior to your arrival date, our company reserves the right to substitute them for comparable goods or services. In the event of cancellation by our company, liability by the company shall be limited to the reimbursement of the price of goods or services paid by the customer.

 

Our company is NOT responsible for any unused portion of your tour and will NOT refund any monies.

 

5. Documentations

It if the Customers full responsibility to obtain all relevant documents required by the government authorities. The carrier or relevant authorities, without further recourse of the possibility of a refund, may deny you entrance should you fail to provide the required documents.

NO refund or replacement will be given for lost or stolen travel documents.

 

Please Note: for American, Canadian, Japanese, European Union Citizens (EEU) Citizens and some other nationalities can obtain a tourist entry visa when they arrive to Egypt at any Egyptian port of entry or borders (airports).

Please verify with the Egyptian Embassy in your Home Country.

 

6. Insurance – medical and travel

It is a MUST that all passengers should purchase travel insurance at the time of booking as a measure of added protection. The company is not responsible or bares liability for any loss, damage, theft of luggage and/or of personal belongings. Medical insurance is also advised for protection against accidents, injuries and/or illness.

 

It is important that you have adequate insurance to cover you throughout your booked tour. A travel agent or an insurance broker can arrange this for you.

 

7. Accommodations, Meals, Tours terms

The following terms with their respective meanings:

DOUBLE: based upon sharing a twin or a double bed room

SINGLE: based upon a single person in a single room

TRIPLE: based upon sharing in a triple bed room

 

MODERATE:        based upon a 3* star hotel and/or Nile Cruise

UP SCALE:           based upon a 4* star hotel and/or Nile Cruise

DELUXE:               based upon a 5* star hotel and/or Nile Cruise

EXTRA DELUXE:  based upon a 5* star hotel and/or Nile Cruise

 

Please Note: We reserve the right to substitute hotels and/or Nile Cruises of similar quality if a Hotel/Cruise is not available.

 

As specified in each tour and/or otherwise indicated, NO other meals are included. Please refer to your detailed itinerary of your travel package for more information about the everyday meals.

All motor coaches, vans, cars are equipped with air condition

All entrance fees, taxes and charges are included in your invoice.

All transfers to and from the airport are included in your invoice. Excess baggage charges must be paid by the passenger upon embarking.

 

8. Dependants

  • All children under the age of 2 years accompanied by a parent/guardian, maximum of one child, will be free for accommodation. Domestic air fare is at 10%

  • All children from 3 years to 12 years accompanied by a parent/guardian will be charged 50% of the adult rate. Domestic air fare is at 75%

  • All children aged 12 and over will be charged at an adult rate. Domestic air fare is as the rate as an adult

 

Please Note: A cancellation charge is a liquid damage to compensate the tour operator for prepayments made on advance booking of travel services and for administrative costs.

 

9. Our and Your Responsibility

Payment of the deposit represents an acceptance under the following terms and conditions. Our company assumes NO responsibility for injury, loss, any damages to property and or person. Any additional expenses accrued by sickness, sickness, strike, detention, riot, war, quarantine, thefts, civil disturbances, government regulations or restrictions. We are NOT responsible for any accidents, delays, inconveniences, expenses or mishap of any kind. Which may result entirely or in part from the negligence or others or from causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes and or substitutions on your itinerary where deemed necessary. For trips and tours where Min Travel is not the source or supplier, we will act solely as agents and as such assume NO responsibility should an supplier fail to provide the service contracted. Baggage is at your risk entirely. NO refund can be made for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, tours or transportation unless arrangements are made at the time of booking.

 

Our company and its affiliates act only as agents for the passenger with respect to services provided by others. In many cases, suppliers of tour services are independent contractors to our company, not our employees. Including but not limited to independent ground operators, tour guides, hotels, transportation companies, drivers, airlines, and other suppliers. Because we do not own, operate, manage, control, or supervise these entities, we cannot be liable for any acts or omissions, including any negligence, gross negligence, or reckless or wilful acts, on their part.

 

Our company, its owners, agents, directors, shareholders, and employees assume no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or death to person or property arising from the negligent or wilful act or failure to act of any person who is to or does provide goods or services for this trip or for the action or inaction of any other third party.

 

Without limitation, our company is not responsible for acts of God, dangerous incidents of the rivers, lakes, fire, equipment failures, vehicle accidents, illness from food or otherwise, detention, assaults, theft or criminal activity, annoyance, delays, quarantine, strikes, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, and discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control.

 

Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and wellbeing of the passengers. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, alter the itinerary, and reverse the order of places to be visited. You will be informed of any necessary changes in a timely fashion. Our company can accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes. The tour operator and its agents reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours or portion thereof.

 

Baggage is at owners risk entirely. The liability of air carrier for loss, delay or damage is limited to their liability as common air carriers. Air carriers assume no liability for fragile or perishable articles.

 

You are responsible for advising our company of their intentions, goals, motives, expectations and needs, as they relate to the proposed travel package, before the reservation is completed.

 

10. T&C - Groups less than 15 & More than 15

Group < 15 - A deposit of 75% is required to guarantee Nile cruises and all Land tour bookings. NO booking will be confirmed until a receipt of the deposit is apparent. Final payment is due upon arrival in Egypt at our Cairo office or with our company representative.

 

Group > 15 – A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee Nile cruises and all Land tour bookings. NO booking will be confirmed until receipt of the deposit is apparent. Payment of 50% is due 21 days prior to arrival and the final payment of 50% is due upon arrival in Egypt at our Cairo office or with our company representative.

 

11. Bank details and information

Once payments have been received by ‘My Way To Egypt’, immediately confirmation of receipt and a message via email will be sent to you. Please keep a copy of the confirmation. Should you have any queries regarding the payment policies, any special consideration for payment or cancellation should be discussed as soon as possible. Authorization or approval from an employee, representative or acting person from the ‘My Way To Egypt’ will not be valid or accepted. Ensure all correspondences are approved by ‘My Way To Egypt’ company.

It is requested that 75% from the total of your outstanding bill is deposit in to the chosen Bank Account, in order to process and confirm your booking. The remaining outstanding balance will need to be submitted in CASH upon arrival to the ‘My Way To Egypt’ company representative.

It is requested that 100% of the total of your bill is paid via Western Union with the Name of the Owner of ‘My Way To Egypt’ and the acting Manager, in order to process and confirm your booking.

MWTE is concerned for protecting the privacy of personal information it receives by using different services of the site. The Site, in order to provide you with full services, needs to gather certain information about its users.

Data entered into this page aren't used for commercial purposes, shall not be used for sending e-mails other than the Site services, and shall not be made available for a third party. Using this data shall be restricted to Site administration only.
